Proflex Heavy Duty Glue Guns

HK818C GLUE GUN

HK-818

One of the most powerful stick glue guns on the market with 600 watt heaters, uses 18mm diameter glue sticks. Comes with a blow moulded carry case.

AdTech MT500

Utilising a 15mm glue stick via the comfortable palm trigger the MT 500 delivers over 3kg per hour of adhesive at a controlled operating temperature, aided by its 500 watt heater. A pneumatic powered version is also available

K2560

High performance 15mm glue gun with adjustable trigger pull, and temperature settings. Comes with a blow moulded carry case

K3000

A high performance adjustable palm fed 12mm glue gun, with high stability stand and side lugs. Also available with a foot operated bench mount.

EG350-E

12mm glue gun with 500 watt rapid heat-up heaters. Plug in thermostat modules from 145ºC—195ºC available

K3360

12mm glue gun with 300 watt heaters, with adjustable temperature settings, and adjustable 4 finger trigger.

K2250

12mm glue gun with ‘twist knob’ adjustable heat control and an adjustable 4 finger trigger. 220 watt heating capacity

K2260

Similar to the K2250, but the adjustable heat control is set with a screwdriver provided, to prevent unauthorised temperature adjustment

Proflex Professional Glue Guns

AdTech HD200

A lightweight, well balanced comfortable 12mm glue gun, with ergonomically designed handle for medium to high application rates. 250 watt heating capacity.

K800 & K1000

Suitable for light industrial and professional use the K800 (80 watt) and K1000 (100 watt), are good performers, lightweight and comfortable to use.

AdTech CB900

A butane gas powered 12mm glue gun, which has the electrical equivalent to 250 watt heat capacity. Gives users total portability to use anywhere.

AdTech CB800

Lightweight butane powered unit, with gas level window and collapsible stand. Capable of delivering 1.2kg per hour from a 12mm glue stick.

AdCo are pleased to reintroduce, to the UK, the ‘Original’ Princess low temperature glue gun, which is manufactured by Adhesive Technologies Inc, for use in Education, and Arts, Craft & Technology. The Princess Glue Gun with the unique Proflex Oval Low Temperature Glue Sticks will safely bond a wide variety of materials in seconds.

Now available with a optional functional glue stand with drip pad to increase stability and cleanliness.

Total Melt, Cartridge & Bulk Systems

AdCo offer a comprehensive range of total-melt, cartridge, and bulk systems, including:

HUBNER MS150

Suitable for use with granular and pillow form hot melt adhesives. A variable thermostat allows for application temperatures of 60ºc to 190 ºc. A range of nozzles is also available, as is a pre-melt tank to speed up heating times.

TR Series

The TR Series of glue guns allows for the application of hot melts in granular, pillow, slug and PUR hot melts in cartridge form. Bead or swirl spray guns are available.

BULK APPLICATORS

AdCo, have for several years been a distributor for Nordson, and were one of the first in the UK to offer their new DuraBlue™ system of hot melt applicators, for bead or swirl spray applications The DuraBlue™ is a robust and functional tank system, with a variety of tank capacities from 4 to 100 litres, and even the basic entry level system is capable of running two hoses and guns.

These totally electric melter units have digital displays of all heating zones, and features which include self diagnostic checks and times for automatic daily start-up. Demonstrations of the bead or swirl spray applicators available upon request.

Steinel PURGlue 50

A unique cordless hot melt adhesive system, that offers not only a compact and cost effective applicator, but all the benefits of the latest reactive polyurethane hot melt (PUR) technology, with its capability of giving high performance structural bonds to a wide variety of substances.

The PURGlue 50 system utilises a re-sealable adhesive cartridge, which includes a ball-check valve in the nozzle for precise applications. The PURGlue 50 gun can be used in cordless amd can be used for up to 20 minutes without the need to re-heat Re-heating stations are also available for continual adhesive applications.

PUR adhesives have all the fast setting advantages of hot melt adhesives, and upon ageing the adhesive reacts with moisture in the substrates to give a high performance structural bond, that is resistant to many chemicals and stable at temperature from -40°c to +100°c. PURGlue 50 is suitable for interior and exterior applications.
